Our Commitment
Dragoon Matrix is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that while most people gamble for entertainment, a small number may develop problems. We provide a range of tools and resources to help you stay in control of your gaming activity.
Self-Assessment
Ask yourself the following questions: Do you spend more money or time gambling than you intend to? Do you feel restless or irritable when trying to reduce gambling? Have you tried to cut back on gambling without success? Do you gamble to escape problems or relieve negative feelings? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may want to consider using our responsible gaming tools or seeking professional help.
Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once a limit is set, increases take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period, while decreases take effect immediately. This ensures you have time to reconsider any impulsive decisions to increase your limits.
Session Time Limits
Set a session time limit to receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period. You can also configure automatic session logouts to help manage the time you spend on the platform. Regular breaks are important for maintaining control over your gaming habits.
Reality Checks
Enable reality checks to receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and your net wins or losses during the session. These reminders appear at intervals you choose and provide an opportunity to reflect on your gaming activity.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can self-exclude for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and we will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account. For more details, visit our Self-Exclusion page.
Support Resources
If you or someone you know needs help with problem gambling, the following organisations offer free, confidential support: GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk), Gamblers Anonymous (www.gamblersanonymous.org), BeGambleAware (www.begambleaware.org), National Council on Problem Gambling (www.ncpgambling.org).
